I am Shanta Snehi, a graduate with an MBA and a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education. My professional journey began over a decade ago as a teacher, where I first discovered the profound joy of working with young minds. These formative years ignited a lifelong commitment to understanding how children think, learn, and grow. A Foundation in Science and Psychology. To strengthen this understanding, I pursued rigorous academic training, culminating in a Master’s in Child Psychology and a Ph.D. in Child Psychology, MBA-Human Resource. I further supplemented this with short-term courses in child behaviour, counselling, and developmental neuroscience. These experiences fundamentally shifted my perspective: I began to see education not just as teaching lessons, but as shaping the brain, nurturing emotions, and actively guiding each child’s inner potential. Over the past 10 years, our journey has been marked by significant achievements, recognitions, and countless heartwarming success stories.
